• Ms. Capilla is always SCRATCHING/RUBBING her head.
• She should be a BROWN HAIR color.
• She wears a large pair of GLASSES.
• She should have an extremely STRAIGHT top hair (NO BEND).
• I think I want her to be an older lady with an older lady school teacher dress on...that is below her knees.
• Maybe add some bags under her eyes.
• Add wrinkles around the neck, mouth, eyebrows, hands, and legs.
• Put both feet on the ground, don’t have her foot lifted up.
• She should have a frown on her face. Not smiling or smirking at all.

Character Animation:

• She is always appearing and disappearing at inopportune times in the hallways for the students.
• In class, she teaches on various topics about hair in a extremely boring way while always rubbing/scratching her head.

Character Description: 

• She is strict and sticks to the rules and requires that everyone does as well in the school.
• She seems to appear everywhere Hairy & friends are where they are usually getting in trouble in the school.

Character Ownership / File Requirements:

• A Hair Universe must have complete ownership and commercial rights to image.
• Must have PSD with all the layers. This means, every part of the image should be on different layers in Photoshop.
